Instruction for PTFE Solenoid Valve
I. PTFE Valve Feature:

Direct-acting or piloted piston structure
Medium flow does not contact magnet coil parts or other metal parts
Unique Sealing Process

Sealing component is the high tech material, which is corrosive to 98% H₂SO₄, other thick acids and strong oxidants.

Wide temperature range for application: -50ºC~+150ºC
Unique property of chemicals resistance: it is corrosive to thick acid (98% H₂SO₄, Aqua Fortis), thick alkali, strong oxidants and other medium ..
Excellent ambient ageing property: anti-oxidant, color change resistant and crisp resistance.
It is suitable for medium flow of thick acid, thick alkali, and organic solvent and other high pure flow.

Installation and Usage
1. The thread of connection pipe shall be wrapped by PTFE tape when the valve is installed.
2. During installation, you should hold the valve body, never hold the valve coil.
3. In order to guarantee the balance rigidity of the valve and pipeline, a bracket probably is needed based on the actual working condition.
4. The valve shall be installed horizontally.
5. The valve shall be installed in place of free water dripping to avoid the damping of coils.
6. The valve shall be installed in place with less vibration.
7. The arrow direction shall be medium flow direction and the voltage shall be checked to meet the label voltage.
